Will and Kate will arrive in Ottawa today around 2pm ET and will visit the National War Memorial. From there they’ll hit up a welcome ceremony at Rideau Hall and then it’s a Celebration of Youth Barbecue. It’s quite a full day but they’ll have a lighter one tomorrow. Also I’m wondering how many times she’ll change and whether she’ll do it in between events. It’s a bbq after all. What does a Princess wear to a bbq?

Here they are this morning at Heathrow, properly and maturely attired in matching navy, leaving on a Royal Canadian Air Force plane bound for the Maple Leaf.

Since they announced their engagement in November with a photo call and a brief sit-down interview, we’ve only heard Kate speak publicly once – at the wedding during her vows. I wonder if we’ll hear from her on this Tour. I wonder if we’ll get a few words. I wonder if the muteness continues.

Anyway, as mentioned earlier, I’ll post the photos as soon as they come in just after 2pm ET or so.
