This is a great question!!! Because I look at a recipe and I always double or triple the amount of garlic above the amount that’s listed, unless it’s a recipe from an East Asian person because Asian recipes are more in line with my garlic ratio. Like, seriously, what’s one clove of garlic gonna do? More garlic, always! The flavour is worth the stink. (Eater)
