Radar reports that LA is buzzing about Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s supposed secret wedding on Wednesday after applying for a marriage licence last week. TMZ goes on to reveal that their newborn son Sparrow’s official birth certificate does not note his mother’s last name, unlike Harlow who has “Richie” on her documentation.

It’s all very circumstantial, and the Richie Madden reps aren’t talking but if true… I love her even more. For rehabilitating and controlling her famewhore. For owning her own sh-t. For cleaning out her own sh-t. For actually wanting privacy and meaning it. For drawing her line and holding it.

There were no tweets from Nicole when Michael Jackson died. And there was nothing from her when DJ AM, her ex fiancé, passed away. Nicole does not Twitter grieve.
