This suit is SO good. And it wouldn’t be as good without that pattern. The pattern, of course, gives it texture. So that it’s not just flat shine which would be a totally different – and lesser – effect. The way it looks here it’s like there’s an ocean theme. Like the kind of fabric someone would use to create a basic mermaid dress and the bonus is that they resisted that urge and turned it into a jacket and pants instead.
Am all about the pants in particular – wide leg, above the ankle, slightly longer than a classic culotte and an interesting fit and length with a suit. Into it. The only thing I’m not into is the shoes. These silver heels are terrible. I would have swapped them out for a straight pump.
