Four days ago, Taylor Swift fans were wondering whether or not “William Bowery” is a pseudonym for Joe Alwyn who may or may not have co-written some of the songs on folklore. Now they’re deep-diving on the lyrics and worried that Taylor and Joe may have broken up. Spoiler alert: they probably haven’t broken up. Taylor has said herself that she's not just writing about herself on this album. And besides, there are several songs about Joe, “Invisible Strings” being one of them. They’re fine. (Dlisted)
I appreciate the title of Colin Jost’s memoir “A Very Punchable Face” because…yeah. Are you planning on reading it? I hadn’t decided until I read Dustin’s review for Pajiba. It’s the final paragraph that convinced me. As Duana and I have shared repeatedly on Show Your Work, we are Saturday Night Live junkies. Sometimes I like the books about SNL more than I like SNL. So this, specifically, is for those who are obsessed with the behind-the-scenes work of the show. (Pajiba)
Elon Musk is a billionaire. People say that money can buy everything – but clearly in some cases, having all that f-cking money still isn’t enough to satisfy certain urges. Like the fame urge. Elon Musk seems to be really generating the kinds of headlines typically given to celebrities. (Cele|bitchy)
There aren’t very many red carpets happening right now but there is a film festival going on in Sardinia and Isabelle Huppert is serving some looks. I too, like the Fug Girls, barely recognised Matt Dillon. Remember Matt Dillon and Cameron Diaz?! (Go Fug Yourself)
Zachary Quinto goes for a shirtless run. He looks hot. As in attractive and temperature. I always admire people who can run in heat because I can only run when it’s cold. Otherwise I faint. And it doesn’t help if I don’t have a shirt on either, like Zachary. I feel like the sweat adds so much weight to my bra. (JustJared)
