Well she did…but apparently not anymore! And he is CUTE! And shares the same taste in headwear!

Rumer Willis’s now ex boyfriend is called Rafi Gavron, a British actor, 19, who resembles James Franco. You’ll recall I reported last year a tip from a reader that saw her leaving Winstons with Franco in May. Sounds like it was actually Rafi.

But now Rafi has apparently moved on to Jessica Szhor, better known as Vanessa from Gossip Girl who looks WAY better on the show than she does on the carpet! Too much makeup!

Poor Rumey. She’d have to work the sh*t out of her angles to get Rafi back from Jessica.
