My S.A.D.S has kicked in, in a major way this week. We just got another sh-t pile of snow, everyone is sick, and I’m officially over wearing fabrics that come up to my neck. The only thing keeping me sane is fantasizing about my next sunny destination and what I will be wearing at said sunny destination. Which brings me to Out of Office NYC.
It’s the DL fashion brand that fashion insiders have been wearing on heavy vacation rotation (above pic: Eva Chen - Head of Fashion at Instagram so, um, yah). They do one thing and one thing only: caftans. I don’t need to tell you how essential a caftan is for the beach, but throw that sucker on with a pair of sneaks or simple sandals and it’s a one and done outfit that you’ll never want to take off. If comfort was a wardrobe item this would be it.
Since launching, the only way you could get one is through DM, but they’ve just launched their website as of today with a spanking new spring drop and good god, is it ever dreamy. There’s literally a print for every personality: leopard, white cheetah, sky blue hues, tie dyes, rose gold, and of course your basic black in ribbed and jersey material. Hit them up to claim your own before they’re gone.
