If you’ve been reading this site for a while then you know that I love me a big-ass hoop. I write about them all the time and they will forever be my staple. But since working from home, I haven’t been wearing any jewelry and I gotta say I’m so bored of looking boring. So while I continue to keep my hoops on standby, the collection from Jewels and Aces has been filling the void.

A little background.  The company was started by Grace Wong (former accountant turned accessory baller) who has come up with the amazing concept of The Earring Capsule. It was brought on by her desire to pare down the closet clutter in her life. So instead of having a thousand versions of the same thing, you have a few power players that will be your workhorses.

The high quality collection is made up of interchangeable earrings that can be mixed, matched and layered to your heart's content. You can pick from already curated sets or you can really have at it and customize your own little kit. I built my own capsule with two studs and two jackets and oh my god, I’m so in love. From pave huggies to dangly pearl ear jackets to the prettiest little solitaire studs – it’s seriously so much damn fun. They are so beautifully made with sustainability in mind, making all their jewelry from recycled precious metals including 14K gold and sterling silver, and lab-created gems.
