I am a pretty die-hard fan of Bite Beauty so when I heard they finally launched their first ever foundation and powder range I near lost my damn mind. I’ve been waiting for this moment for years and boy oh boy did they ever deliver the goods with their Changemaker Complexion system. What I love so much about Bite is they’ve always been a leader in the clean beauty space and this continues to be their mission with the new range. Each product is powered by nutrient-rich superfood ingredients which deliver major efficacy points.
Okay so here’s the deal. It comes in three phases: a primer (2 variations depending on skin type), a micellar foundation and a talc-free flexible pressed powder. Of course you don’t have to buy all three products, but if you can afford it go for it because they really do work well together. I will however flag that if you’re looking for heavy coverage this is not gonna be your jam, but if your goal is to have a smooth, medium coverage with a flawless finish…ding! ding! ding! There’s no tackiness or cakeiness to the formulas - it’s creamy and longwearing and really mimics natural skin texture. And while the foundation doesn’t have a Fenty color sku, they do flex an impressive 32 shade range for their foundations and 8 buildable shades for their pressed powder. So if you're in the market to try something new, I legit co-sign.
