Sebastian Stan content here at LaineyGossip usually goes to Sarah, it’s rare that I get to write about him but she’s in flight right now and these new photos of him have just been released so I’m considering it a bit of a steal that I get to update you on what Sebastian Stan has been doing.
First on the professional front, as Sarah noted a few weeks ago, Sebastian’s film, The Apprentice, which screened in Cannes to mostly good reaction, had difficulty securing distribution. Last I read the filmmakers have made a deal in other territories, like Canada, the UK, and Japan, but at least as of mid-June, nothing in the United States. Here’s a NYT article about the situation from two weeks ago and yes, some of this has to do with the possibility that a criminal might be back in The White House.
In less depressing news, Sebastian’s also been working on Marvel’s Thunderbolts. A few cast members, like David Harbour, have confirmed that they’ve wrapped their parts. And now I’m assuming that Sebastian has wrapped too because he was just photographed this weekend in Rome with Annabelle Wallis and her parents. So that’s the update on his personal life – he and Annabelle are clearly still together and together enough for him to be spending holiday time with her family. It’s been two years since it was first confirmed that they were a thing. How did a man this attractive get cast to play Donald Trump? Like as much as they might be clowning on him in the film, you KNOW he’s going to love that.
