Smutty Fitness: Three Circuits

You don’t need much time or equipment to give yourself a full body workout, so there really is no excuse not to exercise. However, my problem with a lot of the “at home” or “limited equipment” workouts is that they tend to be a bit on the easy side and if you are only working out for 20 minutes you need to work out HARD! Here are 3 of my trusted circuits that require little, or no, equipment pieces and can help you burn MEGA calories. Just ask any one of my clients how much they dread walking into a workout and seeing nothing but an empty room waiting ready for them to come sweat in.  

Each circuit has a different focus but I guarantee that you will work every muscle in each one. Do each exercise for 1 minute with a 15 second rest and go through the set 3 times or go through all 3 sets, 1 time each. No Equipment (Leg and Core focus)
Alternating Jumping Lunges – 3 a side
Rotating Side Plank/Dolphin Plank
Alternating Jumping Lunges – 5 a side
Donkey Kicks
Stars
Rest 1 Minute  

Medicine Ball Workout (Arms Focus)
Wide Legged Squat with Bicep Curl/Shoulder Press/Triceps Extension
Medicine Ball Pushups 
Lateral Hops with Medicine Ball
Medicine Ball Up/Downs
Medicine Ball Burpee
Rest 1 minute

Circle Band Workout (Cardio/Glute Focus)
Band Resisted Side Shuffles
Band Resisted High Plank Jumping Jacks
Glute Bridges
Squat Jump Overhead arm extension 
Band Resisted Scissor Jumps
Rest 1 minute
