Famewhores Shelfy loses another one A few weeks ago I hinted that Jessica Biel was being considered for Lois Lane in the new Superman. It all started when she somehow made the shortlist for a part in The Dark Knight Rises. As we all know, the role eventually went to Anne Hathaway. Media Manipulation Begging for Movie Stars Written by Sarah If you follow this site regularly, you’ve probably heard Lainey and the rest of us lamenting the death of the Movie Star. And it’s true—Movie Stars, in capital letters, are a dying breed. They’re few and far between these days. The kind of By Lainey • Mar 28, 2011 03:10 am
Movie Reviews and Previews Cecilia & Robbie That’s my first though when I see Keira Knightley and James McAvoy together. You? He was with her in the press room at the Jameson Empire Awards in London last night where she was presented the Hero Award. The dress is lovely on its own, yes. Movie Reviews and Previews Is Captain America the surprise summer hit? Written by Sarah I used to think my geekitude was under control, but it seems like every time I turn around I’m writing about superheroes, zombies, dragons or sea monsters. Style Anne after the Oscars It’s almost been a week. Are we over it yet? She’s getting over it.
