This is a killer outfit on Tessa Thompson. The dress fits perfectly. I LOVE that the footwear is a pair of black pumps with ankle socks. Not sure, however, if I’m down with the sheer gloves.
Editorially? In a magazine? Where they can shoot the effect perfectly, the glove pulled up without folding? Totally.
This practically disappears, however, when you do it at an event. I’m still trying to figure out if a pair of regular long black gloves would have worked better.
