For those who are relatively new to the column, please understand that this is not about what YOU would wear. It is not about what I would wear. When you have designers and jewelers and Christian Louboutin at your beck and call, wearing something black and strapless just won’t cut it. Looking “nice” won’t cut it either. Nice is great for us. Nice is completely inadequate for them. So now that you know the ground rules, let’s take a look at who did well and who completely f&cked up.
