KatE Holmes has been shooting The Extra Man in New York the last couple of weeks. Saturday night she was back in LA with Tom Cruise and daughter Isabella, having dinner at Il Sole with John Lithgow with whom she shared the stage in All My Sons.

UK tabloids are reporting that Katie’s on some cleanse to beef up her eggs or something, trying to conceive again. Tom’s schedule meanwhile will kick into overdrive late spring. Hardy Men (grown up Hardy Boys) has received the green light and Tom will shoot with Ben Stiller in Vancouver this summer for a projected 2010 release. 

Good move. He needs a comedy. And a baby to show off at the premiere? Even better.
