Usher’s set at the Super Bowl will be longer than standard halftime shows. Two minutes longer, which is huge, because the NFL and the broadcaster are notoriously strict about the runtime of the performance. Usher is teasing that he figured out a creative way to extend his halftime though so now I’m even more curious about what he has planned and the loophole that he found. (EW)

I love this blurry grey denim suit on Cate Blanchett. Only she could pull it off. And I actually think the black and grey backdrop works in her favour – it’s such a cool effect the way the colour goes in and out. (Go Fug Yourself)

Have you seen The Greatest Night in Pop yet? I was screaming in your faces about it all last week because it’s SO F-CKING GOOD so if you haven’t already, I promise, you will love it. The film is a huge hit for Netflix and is also surprisingly resonating with people who weren’t around when “We Are The World” was released. Here’s an interview with the director, Bao Nguyen, about his experience with the story and the production. It’s a great companion to the documentary. (Uproxx)

So there’s FEUD: Capote vs the Swans about the society queens of New York City in the 60s and 70s, and then there’s Palm Royale, about the society queens of Palm Beach. The Swans would never f-ck with The Palm Beach peacocks, but they too are a (fictional) version of the Housewives we know now. I can’t wait to see this. Kristen Wiig, Ricky Martin, Allison Janney, Laura Dern, and my beloved Leslie Bibb! (OMG Blog)

There are a lot of people on TikTok trying to go viral for coining terms. And now there are people are TikTok making fun of the coin-termers. But I’ll speak to what Rebecca Jennings mentions at the end of this piece – it’s also the media who are quick to turn whatever perceived new terms coined on TikTok into a story… and as a member of the media, I can confirm that we are a part of the problem. (Vox)
