Blake Lively was with Ryan Reynolds in Boston all last weekend for his birthday. She returned to New York for a couple of days to work on Gossip Girl. Soon as she was done, she headed back to Boston yesterday to see him, photographed unloading her dog and her bags at his apartment. You know, when you bring the dog...when you bring the dog, it’s not just casual. Or, more accurately in this case, when she brings her dog, she’s trying to make it not just casual.

Blake wouldn’t go all Biel on us and turn into a clinger, would she? Blake’s game is a lot sharper than that that, right?
