Coldplay performed in LA last night. Guess who was seated in VIP? Chris Martin’s wife, Gwyneth Paltrow. Of course. She was with her friends, including Cameron Diaz, and her mother Blythe Danner. You can make both out in the two images attached. Apparently, at times, Cam seemed more into it than G. And by this I mean that Cam likes to stand up and jump up and down. Then again, as you know, Cam is generally more ...overt with her enthusiasm. Which explains the dry-riding in public. Gwyneth would NEVER dry-ride a Diddy at Soho House, single or not. No, her style is different. But that doesn’t mean she isn’t a fangirl for her lead singer. I’m told she was. And loved it when, at the end, as the band approached the edge of the stage to give thanks, Chris looked at Gwyneth and motioned a kiss towards her. She beamed.

Needless to say, the Martins are currently in a solid phase. And they will both be at the Grammys on Sunday. Coldplay is scheduled to take the stage with Rihanna and up for a few awards. Gwyneth has been confirmed as a presenter when she will presumably hang out with her best friends Beyonce and Jay-Z. And introduce her husband’s performance?
