Hi Hayley, Which do you recommend - treadmills or elliptical machines?  And if I'm considering buying one for home, can you recommend a brand that is actually worth the investment? My typical workout is a cardio warm-up, weights (either weight machines or free weights) or resistance training, followed by an intense cardio session. Technology has changed the way we live, especially social media and because of this we have become accustomed to the satisfaction of instant results. Hi Hayley, I am an impatient person; I need to see results fast. When I workout I like to get maximum results for minimum time input. I was fit a few years ago, but I experienced a devastating life event that literally stopped all self care. I haven't run or used weights or done my yoga in 2 years. Full Article

The taper – that is where I am now.  I am just sitting here and waiting; there is nothing more that I can do except let my body rest.  It drives me crazy having no control, not being able to exercise, not being able to do anything more to get faster and stronger. If you have ever had to go through a taper you have felt like what I am about to feel like: slow and fat. Full Article
