Lulu Gainsbourg is releasing a tribute album in honour of his father Serge. He asked Scarlett Johansson to record Bonnie & Clyde with him, singing the part made famous by Brigitte Bardot. And she did. And they made a video. Featuring a lot of Moet. She happens to be a Moet spokesperson. So that worked out well. The video is below. You know, I don’t hate her voice. I just hate when it sings songs it shouldn’t be singing. Have you, um, ever heard her do Jeff Buckley’s Last Goodbye. Be careful before you google. You will never be able to un-hear it. I can never un-hear it. And I don’t know if I’ll ever forgive her for it.

In this though, with Lulu, she’s not bad, not bad at all.

Here’s Scarlett in Shanghai the other day at a Moet party in a really beautiful green dress with the loveliest cap sleeves. She hasn’t looked right to me in a while, and I’m normally hard for Scarjo all the time. It’s the hair, I think. The hair and Sean Penn. How long does it take for him to wash off?
