On Sunday E! reported exclusively that Bella Hadid and The Weeknd were “taking a break”. The two did not spend Christmas together. And he was apparently flirting with some girls at a show in Miami. The next day, however, the two were seen together, in Miami, hanging out on DJ Khaled’s boat. So either the break is over or there was no break to begin with, although it’s probably only a matter of time? For starters, Bella’s only 19 years old. And while 2015 was all about the rise of Gigi, 2016 might be all about Bella’s ascent alongside Gigi’s continued domination.

He released two new songs last week, Low Life and Pass Dat. Both, as usual, are about his well-documented lifestyle. All those lyrics about being kicked out of the Ritz because he trashed it too many times? Definitely not fiction if he’s talking about how he is at home. And a lot of that happened before Beauty Behind The Madness became Spotify’s most streamed album of the year. Fame doesn’t usually miss an opportunity to turn bad into worse.
