At the Cesar Film Awards in Paris – the French Oscars – Sean Penn as usual looking crusty and bored, especially in the audience. But not when Emma Thompson is around!
She makes my life. And the way she looks is the way she is – hilarious, unpretentious, freespirited, the best.
Emma was in town to promote Last Chance Harvey with good friend Dustin Hoffman. If you haven’t seen it, and it’s still playing near you, you MUST. They’re wonderful together. Two big personalities, two big talents, playing off each other for two hours. Doesn’t happen often enough.
Also attached - photos of Diane Kruger in a gorgeous yellow gown, sucky faced at having the misfortune of being seated next to sour Sean with whom it must be impossible to make small talk.
