He was 50 at the time and she was 26. A few months later he confirmed that they’d broken up. Then they got back together only to split again six months ago.
But here they are in New York earlier this week holding hands. He’s never been very good at sticking a breakup, has he? And it might be because, as they say about comedians, those emotions are always so extreme. He’s called himself a “weird, serious person”. He’s been very open about his struggles with depression, his “spiritual awakening”, and all of that, combined with the bullsh-t of being in Hollywood, and the ups and downs of his career, well, the tumultuous relationships aren’t surprising.
