People keep sh-tting on Miley. On Gaga. And Katy Perry, she just skates right through it. Why? Is it because she sings about roaring female empowerment? Is it female empowerment if it’s hollow?

Katy Perry covers the new GQ. The interview happened around the time she dressed up like a geisha at the Billboard Awards. She was criticised for the cultural insensitivity. But it turns out, culture had nothing to do with it. It was all about LOVE:
