You might be wondering what sentence you just read. I’m still wondering what sentence I just wrote. Michael Bay has a way of turning your sh-t around in ways you least expect it to.
Would you ever have expected to MISS Megan Fox? Or to, in comparison, actually appreciate her acting ability? Rosie Huntington-Whiteley makes Megan Fox look like Helen Mirren. For real.
Rosie of course is the model who Bay hired to replaced Fox after he fired her from Transformers 3. She’s also dating Jason Statham. I saw her with Jason up close in February at the Sunset Tower during dinner. She was, as models often are, draped over him the entire time, posing without posing. Girls like Rosie, they’re so beautiful it’s freakish. I mean, in person, it’s really, really freakish. I compared it the other day to an entirely different species. It really is.
But can it act?
Well, a scene from Transformers 3 has just been released. I don’t give a sh-t how much you hate Megan Fox. Be objective for a minute and admit, she is FAR better than this. Sometimes I’ll get an email from someone accusing me of deliberately rejecting movies that are made for the simple sake of having fun. My defence to this accusation is always Transformers the first one. I have seen that movie at least 6 times if not more. And I will always stop to watch it if it’s on my movie channel. I love Bumblebee. I love Shia’s manic panic charm. And I liked Megan too. I certainly didn’t find her unwatchable. This Rosie girl, she UNwatchable.
