Oh but they played some beautiful tennis for a while there yesterday, didn’t they? As you know, as has been previously mentioned several times on this site, between the two, for me it is Rafa > Roger. Always.

Anna Wintour, however, has no time for Rafa. Anna is all about Roger. They’re super tight. So of course she was living and dying with every point yesterday, ultimately dejected when he went down two breaks in the fourth set after storming back in the third.

Sienna Miller, which isn’t surprising – Anna put Sienna on the all important September cover a few years ago – and also Sienna’s current boyfriend Tom Sturridge who desperately wants to look older and thinks he can achieve this via all that growth? Tom was in a play for a couple of months and maybe he was working the beard for that? But the play’s run terminated on May 7th. Unruly would have been several weeks ago. She seems into it. I am so very not into it at all. Don’t think it would be Anna’s thing either. Like a regular house mother though she’s probably waving it off as a “phase”. Anna Wintour, house mother? Ha!

So anyway...

If one sits in Anna’s box, or is the invited guest to a box at a sporting event, are you obligated to cheer for the host’s favourite? Like, what if Sienna and Tom starting hooting and hollering in support of Rafa? I’ve just decided I need to see this happen. I need Anna to invite a guest and that guest to start cheering for whoever Roger Federer happens to be playing. Can you imagine? I would pay. Like platinum price.
