Look how it’s killing Anna Wintour to smile last night on the carpet at the Sex & the City premiere. A little piece of her probably died with the effort. This is, after all, a woman whose soul is sustained only by stepping on others. Smiling for her must be like giving blood … she probably needed to lie down for a few minutes and then yell at someone to recover.
