Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater are soft-launching a breakup. If I was a TikTok armchair psychologist, I would say the affair fog is lifting but I’ll leave the diagnosis to the other non-experts and just say that this news was predicted by those of us who are familiar with Ariana’s Meet the Parents 4 (Focker In-Law) co-star Skyler Gisondo. 

He’s so freaking charming. 

Tilda Swinton’s love of Real Housewives is camp. Like she actually hangs out with some of them? LOL. I would imagine for an artist like her, it’s a character study.

His threesome-on-a-cruise ship show Doctor Odyssey was cancelled so he might have a bit more time on his hands to date. Maybe it’s because I’m not a Dawson’s Creek superfan, but I don’t ship Katie and Joshua. 

But I would like to see Katie give us some razzle dazzle on the gossip front. Is Glen Powell single? Because that would be like a full circle moment, dating her ex-husband’s mentee. 

The Life of a Showgirl continues to be the conversation and you know what’s interesting about her specific shoutout of Tate McRae on The Tonight Show? Tate is close with the Biebers, who are on Taylor’s list. We know the list. It’s in her Notes app. I think Taylor is very strategic with who she supports. Is this an attempt to draw another popstar to her corner?

Charlie Sheen appeared on Dax Shepherd’s podcast and I really like the way Dax posed this question because as an observer, Charlie’s pattern is so recognizable. There have been multiple times in Charlie’s story when he “has it all,” only to spectacularly self-destruct. And then he rebuilds. Right now he’s on a career high. So what happens next?

Can I say a teeny tiny something about Only Murders in the Building this season? It’s not buzzy and part of the reason is that Beanie Feldstein and Selena Gomez don’t have great chemistry. Friendship chemistry is the bedrock of this show. The apartments are still great though.
