I think this is the first parent/child actor-on-actor in Variety? It certainly won’t be the last. This is going to be a whole genre.

Yesterday I had to send an email to Jacek but I was distracted and sent it without a proper greeting (RUDE) and this is my apology.

Wednesday is coming and considering what a hit it was in 2022, does this feel like a muted roll out compared to a show a like Bridgerton? Sarah wrote about Netflix’s TV presentation the other day and Wednesday was highlighted, but Bridgerton had multiple promotional stops and really splashy photo calls.

In a new podcast with Tina Knowles, Meghan Sussex confirmed that they are pausing production on As Ever products. She said they want to release when they have “everything they need.” This would be understandable if Meghan was a one-woman brand but she is partnered with Netflix. Together, they have an abundance of resources and still can’t stock. Pausing until things are perfect is how you get stuck in a cycle of indecisiveness and perfectionism. Considering the second season has already been shot, they need product to drop at the same time. It’s not a maybe, it’s a must.

As for the garden haul, I’m not a farmer’s market Angela Lansbury but these veggies are not harvested at the same time.

Augustin Pinault has graduated from high school and I’m old enough to remember the child support battle. That was a blip, Salma and Linda seem pretty tight now. I wonder if he will model because he has the genetics (his mother’s face) and the height. I passed Linda Evangelista on the street once and she was tall and he is a good half-a-head taller than her.
