I go off Ben Affleck for quiver for long stretches. It’s not that he’s ever been at the top of the list but I can appreciate how, on paper, there are the elements of the package – tall, handsome, a strong dimpled jaw...and he was after all once the Sexiest Man Alive. Still...it’s been a while.

Lately though, especially this weekend in New York, in town with Jennifer Garner and their girls as she’s shooting a movie with Russell Brand, I don’t know, there’s just ...something. Especially in these glasses.

Needless to say, the timing couldn’t be better. The Town hits the festival circuit very shortly followed by its theatrical open the first week of September. It doesn’t hurt.
