What Else?

From a design perspective we’ve seen dresses like Dakota Fanning’s before – but it’s a classic silhouette and this one is done exceptionally well in how it falls and especially at the front the way the material intentionally drops and gathers, without looking sloppy. The best feature, though, is this shade of green. It’s f-cking gorgeous and we don’t see it enough and we particularly don’t see it enough in this material. Zachary Quinto spent the weekend in Toronto and apparently had a great time, if you were paying attention to his social media posts, but also may have given other people a hard time, according to other social media posts. A restaurant called Manita posted on IG stories that he was horrible to staff, made someone cry, and is no longer welcome there. This has made headlines around the world. I live in Toronto and hadn’t really heard much about Manita, but that’s definitely changed now. (Pajiba)

For BTS fans, aka ARMY, June is a huge month, the most significant month, because June is FESTA, BTS’s anniversary. There are events and surprises, every year, leading up to the exact date, June 13. This year is extra special because Jin will be discharged from the military, having fulfilled his mandatory service, on June 12 and he will immediately, the next day, on the anniversary, hold a fan event at Seoul’s Jamsil Arena. Part of the fan event will involve hugging. It’s actually spelled out in the announcement that Jin will be giving out up to 1000 hugs to fans who get in through the raffle. The exact words they used are “light hugs” which made me laugh because… what is a “light hug”? One arm? Two arms but two inches between bodies? Or is it the length of time, because he’ll have to get through so many people? One second per hug? I’m not really a hugger, so if were there, and of course I want to go, I just can’t get my ass to Seoul on June 13, I would take the handshake option. I bet you he’ll remember the handshake people more than he’ll remember the huggers. (Soompi)

Um so here’s a story I wish I never read so respect to Taylor Momsen because I would not have handled that situation with that much composure. A f-cking bat landed on her leg, WTFFFFFFFFFFFF. So you’re saying that we could just be minding our own business and a goddamn bat might decide to hang out on our body parts? I already walk around in the world afraid of everything, this doesn’t help. How can I un-know this? I prefer ignorance. (Celebitchy) 

Speaking of ignorance, it's PRIDE Month and someone at Adele’s show decided to reveal their ignorance and she wasn’t having it and told them about themselves. You know who I would love to see Adele read for filth? Marjorie Taylor Greene. Would never happen but it’s a good daydream. (The Mary Sue)
