Brad Pitt returned to LA yesterday and was greeted by a mob before heading home to the Jolie and the children.

Interesting anecdote about Pitt from Inglourious Basterds:

Am told that he was shooting one day with an actor who wasn’t prepared. Kept f-cking up lines. Very gracefully, calmly, Pitt pointed out to her that there were others were waiting, that money was being wasted, that – worst of all – time was being wasted, all because she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Then he made a point of telling her that he’d stand around with everyone else until she was ready to work. It wasn’t hostile, it wasn’t rude, he quietly impressed upon a colleague the importance of professionalism and according to my source, he earned the crew’s admiration. They say he’s not the warmest person, he’s not super friendly, but he gets sh-t done, and let’s not forget, he sells his sh-t better than anyone else.
