Dear Gossips,   

If you are an ARMY or a Blink, the last few days have been mayhem, in the best way. Jin was on tour in Osaka, selling out Kyocera Dome for two shows…ON HIS OWN. And the show features no special guests or dancers. That’s over 110,000 seats over two nights. 

 

The point I’m trying to make is that he is ONE member of BTS, and he can move this many tickets without his six brothers so imagine the demand when they’re all touring together? 

 

Over in Berlin, j-hope was headlining Lollapalooza. Watch this to get a sense of the crowd size – and alllll those ARMY bombs.

While Jin and j-hope were busy with their solo activities, RM, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have been in LA working on the group’s comeback. On Sunday night, RM and Suga showed up at SoFi for the BLACKPINK concert. J-hope was previously in attendance when Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé kicked off the Deadline tour in Seoul. 

Artists supporting artists, we love to see it. But also, where BTS and BLACKPINK are concerned, this is especially remarkable considering that there have been fan wars happening for years – not all fans, it’s probably just a small fraction, but they make a lot of noise and spread a lot of negativity. And they are so persistent in their toxicity that they’ll probably never be deterred. But the members of both groups, clearly, are sending a message that they have no f-cking time for that sh-t. 

 

So that was Sunday night. Last night, though, while some of us were sleeping, more chaos from BTS as Jungkook hopped on Instagram live with RM and V. JK hasn’t been on IG in a while. He deactivated his former account in 2023 so the purpose of this IG live was to confirm that he’s back on with a new account @mnijungkook, no profile photo, no posts, but already, in just five hours or so (at the time of this writing), he’s up to 3 million followers. 

 

After Instagram, they jumped over to Weverse for more livestreaming, and Jimin joined, and then j-hope tagged in from the airport in Incheon, and V was off and on live on IG at various times on his own and Jin was also posting and I guess the takeaway here is that these people, now that they’re out of the military, will not let us rest because they aren’t f-cking resting. ARMY has endured two and a half years of hiatus and now that it’s over, BTS is rewarding us for our devotion and patience! This is the comeback of our collective dreams – without a single note of new music. 

 

So imagine the nuclear meltdown when the music arrives next year? Girl, I am stressing this. Every day we’re angsting about this in the group chat. How will we ever get tickets? Will we have saved enough money for the tickets? Even if I mortgage my future will I be able to secure a seat?
