Carpets & Candids: Julianne’s one shoulder sparkles

The one shoulder isn’t the best feature about this look. It’s the way it sits at the waist like it’s bloused, giving it some shape without hugging the body. I love it.
The only thing for me is the shoe choice. I mean there’s nothing wrong with it. But Julianne Moore seems to prefer an open toe for red carpet. And once in a while I’d just like to see her close it.
