Chapell Roan’s Call Her Daddy appearance is making the rounds on social media, with people arguing about her politics and pulling snippets on her general views, like all of her friends that have children are miserable.
This is the kind of cringe part of watching someone become super famous in real time, when they feel compelled to share their observations but then chastise people for caring about what they are sharing. It’s a confusing time for their stans and it gets very easy to eyeroll her but at 27, this is absolutely part of the process.
Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are getting married in Italy in June and TMZ is reporting guests will include Oprah, Orlando Bloom (and Katy Perry unless she is touring), Eva Longoria, Gayle King and some Kardashians. This is their social circle and while it will be star-studded, it’s not a show-stopping compilation. All of the people on that list make multiple appearances a month at events. If they managed to pull someone like Taylor Swift or Rihanna or Beyoncé that would be different, that would make me take notice. I wonder how many “no’s” they got because you know these vampires want every famous person possible at their wedding.
Even though I think Jeff Bezos is tacky, he has the ability to do the funniest thing ever and cast Vin Diesel as James Bond. Vin posted about it and then changed the caption to a Kojak reference – I have no idea why. How could I possibly explain this.

Leonardo DiCaprio posted another trailer for his upcoming film, which Sarah wrote about here.
I know we can’t judge a film by the trailer but why does this look so bad? Like really bad. I can’t explain why though.
Jesse Tyler Ferguson had Sutton Foster on his podcast and I haven’t listened but this is a prime example of why celebrities love being interviewed by other celebrities. I would bet a lot of money that he didn’t ask her about the man down under.
I binged The Residence this weekend and you know what I really liked about it? Uzo Aduba as Cordelia Cupp, the best detective in the world, is treated like the best detective in the world. No one is like second-guessing and asking if she’s sure. Instead, they are looking to her for the answer because they know she’s the only one who can do it. There’s nothing worse than watching a show in which one character is much better at their job than everyone else, but they are doubted at every turn. It’s kind of a lazy way to create tension. As the kids say, let her cook!
