Did Orlando Bloom post about the space daycation? He’s liked some of Katy Perry’s posts and maybe he posted in stories and I missed it. Here he is with Drew Barrymore promoting a really big cruise ship. Below that is a post from Orlando about a documentary about keeping the oceans free from plastic.
You know what else isn’t good for oceans?
Did Scandoval have you feeling a little left out of the pop culture conversation? (*David Beckham voice*) Be honest. Well I have good news for you, there is a reality star rising and its name is The Valley. Season one was excellent and sometimes these shows are a one-season wonder but this is going strong into its sophomore year. Tell me where else you will find a storyline about an affair with Quentin Tarantino.
This is your chance to get in on the ground floor. (I sound like I’m selling a time share but it’s true.)
Alex Cooper’s influence continues to grow as she moves into producing with Hulu’s Overboard for Love. I don’t follow her content but she’s a very interesting media character as she doesn’t try to be influential, she doesn’t tag her outfits or monetize her outfits. She doesn’t talk about work but of course, the Instagram is the work.
I guess Brendan Sklenar has been tapped as the next big thing but I’m not sold. I’m all for a rising star but something about his PR doesn’t sit right. It’s like you can see the wheels of promotion constantly turning. We all know by now that celebrities aren’t made by accident but there’s something about his spotlight that is very obvious. A bit of a turn-off.
Some of us were in the room watching this happen.
Jimmy Fallon is hosting a new reality TV show about marketing. Did Jack Donaghy come up with this?
