I’m not watching Celebrity Big Brother but couldn’t miss the headlines about Dina Lohan’s “boyfriend”. They have been talking on the phone for 5 years but have never met because he lives in the remote city of… San Francisco. Oh and they haven’t seen each other because he doesn’t use FaceTime. But he’s real! Very very extremely real. A real human man.

The Grammys are mostly making headlines for who isn’t performing (Ariana Grande, Drake, Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar), but Miley Cyrus and Shawn Mendes will be there. I like "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" a lot more than "Malibu", but has it had more of an impact than her last album? The reaction to the song feels muted.

There’s been some re-examination of infamous women of recent history like Monica Lewinsky, Marcia Clark, Anita Hill, Tonya Harding and, most recently, Lorena Bobbit. What they have in common is that they were all treated as a punchline, deserving of every ounce of mockery and derision. What name would you add to the list, someone whose story you want to see re-examined? My pick would be Sinead O’Connor.

Get well soon Zac Efron, etcetera and so forth but I’m really posting this because I need an excuse to mention that he just started following Selena Gomez on Instagram. This isn’t out of the ordinary – they are both celebrities and she’s one of the most followed people in the world. But people are very, very excited about the prospect of something a little deeper.

Yes, I have been waiting for Michelle Williams on Busy Tonight. They wore matching heart prints! If you haven’t watched it yet, the headlines coming out of the “Actual Hot Goss” segment focus on Leonardo DiCaprio, but the Matthew McConaughey story is funnier. But who is the “famous” director?
