Katie Holmes tweeted about Dawson’s Creek and “such wonderful friends.” So of course I had to do some digging. As of the time I wrote this, Busy Philipps follows Katie, but not vice versa. James Van Der Beek and Joshua Jackson do not follow one another. Katie doesn’t follow either of them, and they don’t follow her. It’s very much the same for the Gossip Girl cast. I guess it’s like avoiding “high school friends” on social media. Stars, sometimes they really are just like us.
