Martha Stewart went to the Kentucky Derby and shared some photos. Double tagging Kid Rock? Yep. Posting a screenshot of Josh Groban’s photo of them? You bet!

Everyone should use social media like a famous octogenarian. Everyone who says they “give zero f-cks” gives the most f-cks but these women? Zero!

Another edition to the Celebrity Lob Club. Really great cut on Megan Fox.

Sarah Hyland is taking a pause on hosting Love Island to do Little Shop of Horrors, which seems like a lot of fun. And Sarah has “long-running ABC sitcom money” which gives her a lot of freedom to pick and choose her projects.

I was reading through a list on celebrities who haven’t attended the MET Gala and besides the usual names who were on it (Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, Leonardo DiCaprio) there’s also The Rock. I could totally see The Rock showing up because he has his fingers in everything and he’s had a smattering of not great press lately, plus a skin care line to promote.

So I don’t play any instruments, can’t carry a tune and have no practical knowledge (how to play it or how to read it) but watching Willow Smith perform with this group of musicians, I was incredibly impressed. But like I said, I don’t know much. However, there are multiple music teachers in the comments noting the technical skill of these musicians and pointing out what they are doing is very advanced and difficult. It seems like it. And I know the swagger isn’t the point but the drummer has so much of it!

George Clooney is 63 today and obviously not on Instagram but I was wondering if Casamigos would wish him a happy birthday. So far nothing, but they did wish Rande Gerber a happy birthday last month. Rande is still pretty heavily involved in the company but as for George, I can’t find any recent info on whether or not he fully cashed out or if he still has ties.

If you see an article, send it my way.

This morning Lainey wrote about the pre-MET Gala dinner and the drama behind-the-scenes (how can it be FASHION if there’s no drama?). It’s interesting to me that Anna Wintour appeared on The Today Show to talk to them about the gala. It’s a benefit and so attention is beneficial… but it’s also Anna playing the game with the larger conglomerates who stream the MET Gala. She’s in the business of creating culture – that’s why influencers are there and the TikTok CEO, Shou Chew, is co-chair this year. That’s incredibly interesting considering the political maneuvering to ban TikTok in the US. She also confirmed things, like her ban on cellphones, which makes sense. She also bans garlic and onion in the food which tells us the food is not a priority. No surprise there.
