Selena Gomez is really back on Instagram and here she is with Brooklyn Peltz-Beckham and two others (not sure who they are), shooting pool in her Golden Globes gown.

I could not tell the two dudes from The Chainsmokers apart with a gun to my head and I don’t think I’m alone in this. The DJ duo is making headlines for talking about threesomes with fans earlier in their career and is this really surprising information? As long as everyone was cool with it and consenting, this isn’t exactly a scandal. The big name DJs tour so much that they probably have groupies the same way rock bands did in the 70s. Except now instead of meeting backstage, they can meet in the DMs. I would love to read an account from a modern groupie. Is there a Penny Lane of Las Vegas?

Love this Elle Canada cover of Lucy Liu. A Set It Up sequel – Lucy, Glen Powell, Zoey Deutch and Taye Diggs back in a different scheme – would be a Netflix hit. We had it good with this movie! So much charisma.

It was so cool to see MJ Rodriguez get her moment at this year's Golden Globes. She’s great on Loot, which will get a second season and I think will only get stronger. This Balmain dress is amazing on her – a great big bow but because of the deep colour and complicated construction, it’s not twee. It’s a lot of dress but doesn’t overpower her.

Someone asked me why Gwyneth Paltrow is getting so cozy with Kim Kardashian and I think there are a few things at play here. First off, celebrities share a kinship with each other and understand each other in a very specific way, especially the ones who court a lot of press the way these two do. Second, in the fall of 2022 Kim announced she has launched a private equity fund and Goop has had a couple of rounds of investments. It probably needs more to continue to grow. That’s my read on it.

Evan Peters won a Golden Globe for the Dahmer series on Netflix. It has to be a weird thing to win for because he played a monster and the victims’ families were upset about the miniseries. His speech hit the right tone; it’s really the best he could have done in that situation, acknowledging the difficulty of the subject. It’s not like he can be super stoked about playing Jeffrey Dahmer.
