Lainey and I have both touched on the increasingly messy Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose split – BR is asking for an annulment, which immediately raised my interest because annulments are difficult. Legally, a divorce is much simpler. Now I’m wondering if he did it to avoid the prenup? 

 

He’s alleging financial shadiness and alienation from his family, she is alleging abuse. One thing is clear: these two should not be anywhere near each other.

And this gives me the perfect excuse to share Jonathan Bailey’s audition for The Last Five Years in London. It’s from 2017 and ya, he got the part. 

 

 

Landon Donovan was getting blasted online for his odd haircut and it turns out it’s not a cut but a hair transplant he was told wouldn’t be visible on TV. OK, first off: good for him for addressing this head on. A lot of famous men undergo hair transplants. Donovan just didn’t time his well and I have to wonder about this TV crew – did no one check the camera angles or let him know?

 

As the Bennifer 2.0 news looms, this story about Melinda Gates’s post-divorce life is interesting because she mentions how she didn’t like living in a mansion (it was more of a compound). As we know, the Bennifer house is an albatross around their necks right now  and it’s an interesting thing, to have all that money and all that choice. To be able to live wherever you want, in whatever kind of house you want, and still choose a home you don’t like. 

 

I’ll be honest, and maybe I’m showing my age here, but I hate the Rodent Men thing. We don’t need to take a few TikToks and turn it into a trend. It’s not clever, it’s not insightful and it’s not even logical. It’s supposed to be the antithesis of a chiseled man, but Jeremy Allen White is on the list. Ummmmm… he’s chiseled.
