Lupita Nyong’o is a consistent “moment” on the red carpet. She recently announced a partnership with Chanel, which means that they will be her house-of-choice going forward.

As we’ve seen, that can be limiting (like Jennifer Lawrence with Dior). But it doesn’t need to be – maybe there will be a massive shift at Chanel like Lainey theorized?

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi coordinated the wedding drop and you need both sets to get a good look at her gowns.

Stefano Pilati’s Zara line is getting big buzz (he was the head designer at YSL from 2004 until 2012) and there’s a lot of money behind the marketing; Steven Meisel was hired for the photos. That is major. Do you recognize the model without looking at the name?

It’s Gisele! Her hair is so much a part of her look that I didn’t notice it was her until I read the caption.

What is this 30 Rock magazine cover… Success!

But to be fair to Eva Longoria, here is her Maria Claire Mexico cover and that is a spectacular dress on her.

Lana Del Rey is having some privacy issues with her new husband. Even though they are far from LA or New York, they are being tracked pretty consistently. I don’t think she is calling the paps on herself and she commented on Instagram that a local couple is tracking her with drones (you can see screenshots in Page Six). This wedding coverage has a whole famous/civilian angle but there’s also a lot of classist snobbery being leveled at her husband. Some of us are old enough to remember when Elizabeth Taylor married Larry Fortensky – that was a tabloid story for months. It has the same vibe.
