Shoe designer Tabitha Simmons married Topper Mortimer over the weekend. Derek Blasberg, Lily Aldridge, Karen Elson and Liv Tyler were some of the big names in attendance. Topper was once married to Tinsley Mortimer, the low-budget Paris Hilton (is that redundant?) who is now a Real Housewife. Topper and Tinsley – how did people with such WASPy nicknames not make it work?

There’s been a lot of “Gwen Stefani is retiring” headlines, but they aren’t exactly true. She gave an interview to Social Lifestyle Magazine in which she talks about her reasons for doing a Las Vegas residency and how traveling, her children and school schedules play into her choices; it’s a pretty thoughtful and honest assessment of where she is at now in her career as a musician and the nostalgia factor of concerts. I also appreciate the shine she gives JLO. It’s an interesting read.
