At the Beckham Welcome party the other night in LA, everyone was lettin’er rip – dancing to Stevie Wonder, rapping (Will Smith), and making out… almost side by side. Posh and Becks apparently couldn’t keep their hands off each other and same goes for the Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.

Ew.

But despite the revelry, one figure remained still in the corner, content to observe those around him, watching intently, polite but not warm, speaking in low tones to Tom Cruise’s mother the entire evening. His name is David Miscavige, head of the Church of Scientology, best man at the wedding…

Chills, chills, chills.
