The idea of this dress is great. On paper I’d be excited about a green patterned top with a peter pan collar accented with purple sleeves and a purple skirt. Something’s missing in the execution then. Is it the fit? Is it the length? The booties? Her hair? I’m down with the Chloe quirk, no doubt. But even I can’t go with this hair. Mostly because it’s unflattering from every single angle.
