If there is one universal truth in this world, something we can all agree on, it’s that everyone loves Keanu Reeves (except maybe Matthew Perry). Keanu turned up at CCXP in Brazil over the weekend to promote both John Wick Chapter 4 and his comic book series, BRZRKR (which at some point is supposed to have multiple Netflix adaptations). The crowd went wild, naturally. We acknowledge Keanu as one of the last capital-letter Movie Stars, but honestly, I think he’s transcended Movie Star status. He gets a rockstar’s welcome everywhere he goes. People are unreal hyped for Keanu when he shows up, in a way that you don’t see for other Movie Stars like George Clooney and Brad Pitt.
John Wick Chapter 4 is due in March, but Keanu also confirmed John Wick will appear in the spin-off film, Ballerina, starring Ana de Armas and Anjelica Huston (this is the only John Wick spin-off I am currently acknowledging, as it is the only one not starring Mel Gibson). Interestingly, Ballerina is co-written by Emerald Fennell. This is a fun fact. Anyway, this was just an excuse to post new photos of Keanu, who makes everyone (except maybe Matthew Perry) happy just to see.
