The Beckhams, Tom Cruise, and Tom Cruise’s new girl?

David Beckham received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today (you can watch the ceremony here). The whole family, minus Brooklyn but plus Tom Cruise, turned up to celebrate.

I love this photo because of how no one looks comfortable. Pose harder, Victoria. Victoria, pose harder!

In all sincerity, in the world of celebrity is there a big power move than having Tom Cruise show up for your Walk of Fame ceremony? Who else would be comparable? Jack Nicholson, maybe? But there are rumors his health is in decline, so I don’t know if he really counts. He’s not really doing public appearances. For some reason, Slash just jumped to mind, but maybe that’s because the algorithm recently served me the “November Rain” music video and Slash is just so f-cking cool in that video. Slash is certainly a very cool person to show up for your star ceremony. But not a bigger celebrity than Tom Cruise. I guess Keanu Reeves would be the closest comparison. There are just so few of these true Movie Stars left.

Anyway, Harper Seven wore pink and blonde hair. She also looks like she doesn’t think her mom can pose any harder than she already is. I cannot believe this child is fourteen. Reject the passage of time!

Romeo and Cruz also brought their girlfriends, Kim Turnbull and Jackie Apostel, respectively. It’s interesting how these photos sort of say that girlfriends can, in fact, integrate into the Beckham family without drama. It feels pointed without anyone ever actually making a point.

But wait, because we have Gossip courtesy the Beckham star ceremony, and for once, it’s not about the Beckham family drama. Tom Cruise showed up with a woman who is not named in some photo sets but is identified in other photo sets as Elsina Khayrova, a Russian socialite was formerly linked to Cruise in 2023, in the pre-Ana de Armas days. Here is Elsina’s Instagram, and here she(?) is arriving with Tom Cruise to the star ceremony:

She’s kind of giving “Yuna Hollander at Wimbledon” vibes. Do we think this is the same person? Has Tom Cruise (re)kindled a flame? Elsina is based in London, where Tom Cruise spends most of his time these days. I just honestly cannot tell if the woman with Tom today is Elsina Khayrova. The huge sunglasses are doing a lot of work. What are your thoughts?

Prince Harry was named by Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in sports, for his work on the Invictus Games. It’s a beautiful cause and whatever else may be going on with the Sussexes, I really do think Invictus will be such a strong and enduring legacy for Harry. But Prince Harry being recognized for good work will surely prompt a lot of very normal reactions from very normal people. Everyone is being so normal about this, I’m sure. (Celebitchy)

It’s a muscle mystery! Mark-Paul Gosselaar, former teen heartthrob and star of Saved By the Bell, is now starring in a new show called Bulges, about a Hooters-like restaurant but it employs men (gross, who wants to look at bulge when they’re trying to eat?). MPG is now fifty-two and still handsome, and he appeared at the Bell Media Upfront in Toronto wearing short-shorts and a crop top, showing off his toned physique. The people are calling bullsh-t!

Some are denying the six pack abs on fifty-something MPG, accusing him of wearing a “muscle skin” or otherwise faking his abs. I don’t know, it’s just funny, everyone choose your own adventure with this one. (The Looker/The Daily Beast)
