I thought it would be a lot of fun to bring the LaineyGossip family together and put up weekly workout videos for us to do together. I have been prescribing these types of workouts on this site since I started posting here but now we can do them together. You can hear my cues and follow along with me through my favourite exercises. 


This week we’re doing a full body workout. It is 30 minutes long and we hit the chest, back, legs and some Pilates. I offer options for all exercises, so this workout is safe for almost anyone; however listen to your body and if it doesn’t feel good, please don’t continue. My apologies for the sound quality at this time…I am working on it. The workout, though, is an ass-kicker so have fun!
