The peplum can be tricky. For Freida Pinto in pink, the peplum is straight up sh-t. Pink has a way of going cheap really really quickly. That's what's happening here. It's a knock-off at the mall for someone trying to go all Hollywood at the prom. She deserves so much better on Cannes opening night.
