How is it already the end of September? David Fincher’s The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is due out in just three months. We’ll start to see the buzz build for it soon especially now that a second trailer has been released. And it’s long! Almost 4 minutes.

Right off the top, the score for this film ...is f-cking amazing. And, frankly, though I hate myself for the disloyalty, it looks good. Really, really good. That doesn’t mean it was NECESSARY but I’d be lying if I said it was sh-t. And besides, as I noted several months ago, I’m over complaining about that. It’s done. For the most part. Even though I kinda want to address the whole accent thing...

Rooney Mara’s comes and goes. Daniel Craig, who looks HOT, doesn’t seem to bother with one at all. I mean, that’s a straight up English accent coming out of his mouth, right? I dunno. I’m just saying Fincher usually understands about distractions and how they can hurt a movie.

Having said that, even for me, and I fixate on these things, it was a minor glitch. Because the way this looks and sounds, the intensity of it all, overall it probably won’t matter. Do you ever wonder how Benjamin Button fits into his oeuvre?
